Alma Kuijpers has a PhD in chemistry (1999) and finished a postgraduate teacher training for chemistry (2013). Currently she is involved in the research and development of perspective-based education, in which school subjects are presented as disciplinary ways of thinking and practices. She develops materials and organises teacher professionalisation for primary and secondary education.
