Johannes Schwarz joined the READ-COOP in 2021 and is currently working as a Customer Success Manager. He holds a Master's degree in Musicology, with a background rooted in the study of medieval and early modern sources and a strong focus on paleography. In his role at READ-COOP, Johannes supports customers in working with Transkribus, combining his academic background in historical documents with day-to-day customer care.
