Julie Larson-Guenette (PhD) is an applied linguist and teaching faculty in the department of German, Nordic, & Slavic at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her main interests are sociolinguistics, second language acquisition, and language teaching pedagogy. Her teaching, research, and outreach interests also include letter collections in collaboration with the Max Kade Institute for German-American Studies in Madison. Julie is also a member of the public digital humanities project titled Alltag im Krieg.
