Mario joined the READ-COOP Customer Success Team as a Project Manager in mid-2025. He ensures the smooth execution of projects across various customer segments through continuous dialogue with both the Transkribus team and clients, creating the best possible experience for everyone involved.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences from the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. As an archivist with extensive experience in the service industry, he serves as the ideal bridge between both worlds.
