Sara holds a Master’s in Italian Literature, a Diploma in Archival Studies, and a PhD in Digital Humanities from University College Cork. Her relationship with Transkribus began during her time as a PhD student, giving her invaluable insight into the challenges and needs of the academic and archival community.

Sara joined READ-COOP in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager, and in 2026, stepped into the role of Customer Success team lead. She is dedicated to helping customers successfully adopt Transkribus, focusing her expertise on finding practical, innovative solutions to support users at every stage of their journey.
