Sonia holds a Master's degree in Auxiliary Sciences of History and Archival Studies, with a specialization in critical archival practices and digital memory preservation. Her engagement with historical texts and archives has given her invaluable insight into the challenges of preserving marginal voices and making complex documentary heritage accessible to all.

She joined the READ-COOP in 2022 as a User Success Manager, bringing a deep foundation in paleography and historical material directly to customer support. In her work she is dedicated to guide all users to unlock historical records and transform their workflows with the help of Transkribus.
