Strategy expert Florian has been involved with READ-COOP since 2020, tasked with ensuring processes from marketing to IT run smoothly and efficiently. He holds a Master's degree in strategic management from the University of Innsbruck.

Florian was first elected to the board in 2023, and was elected as Co-Executive Director in 2025. He oversees the Product, Development, and IT teams, and is responsible for the continuous innovation and improvement of the Transkribus platform.
