Three days have tested the theme — not all AI is created equal — against what Transkribus users actually do: minority scripts and multi-alphabet sources, benchmarking at scale, archival pipelines, community-driven work. We pick up those threads, name what we heard, and commit to the platform priorities for the year ahead — what's next on the HTR engine, what's next for the cooperative and its members, and where the next TUC will land.
