With Master's degrees in both history and archival science, and a wealth of professional experience in archival services, Michaela understands the problems facing archivists and researchers today, and is adept at balancing these customer needs with business objectives.
She joined READ-COOP in 2024 as Customer Success team lead, before becoming Co-Executive Director in 2025. Michaela now oversees the Go-To-Market teams of Sales, Communications, and Customer Success, with a focus on business and organisational development.
