Jaime Bermudez is a history and archival studies student at the Industrial University of Santander, as well as a Financial Engineer from the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga. His academic research focuses on digital humanities, web studies, digital history, and the relationship between historiography and cybernetics. He is currently leading a team dedicated to AI-assisted transcription of XVIth to XVIIIth centuries colonial records from the New Kingdom of Granada.
